YOUR TRUST IS OUR GREATEST ASSET
Farmers Serving Farmers
In the Winter of 2019, Boyd Badders and Jason Collette met through a mutual friend and because of shared interests in agriculture, business practices, and family; decided to form Diamond Agricultural Processors and establish a hay press to export alfalfa. The main thing they hope will set them apart from other exporters is the trust and relationships Boyd has established over many years with hundreds of farmers and also the business acumen Jason has gained through his time in the health care arena.

Boyd Badders, Owner & Marketing Director
Boyd grew up in Central California on his family-owned herb and spice farm, also growing alfalfa as a rotational crop. He started at the age of 12 learning how to cut, rake, and bale alfalfa. In 1994, he moved with his wife and his children to central Nevada where he purchased a 1000 acre alfalfa farm, while also establishing a trucking operation, hauling hay to California dairies. Eventually, in 2000, he sold the farm, moved to California and began to broker hay; ultimately purchasing from over 450 farms and selling to over 300 dairies. Boyd remained loyal to his customers and they in turn to him allowing him to create Red Rock Hay Company based in Parowan, Utah. Boyd has been married to his best friend, Rhonda, for 34 years and have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
